We will generally ship all in-stock orders (placed by 12:00pm EST) within 5 business days. For out of stock items we will strive to communicate clearly on timelines and availability.
We can't be responsible for loss or damage. We highly recommend the purchase of Route Shipping Insurance which you'll see at checkout. If you experience loss or damaged merchandise in shipping please file a claim with Route.
We do not use shipping carriers' insurance and do not file claims with them.
International Shipping
Our automotive performance technologies resonates with enthusiasts around the globe, and this is reflected in our many worldwide customers! We are currently only shipping via DHL due to the requirement of extra coordination of customs during the Pandemic.
You are responsible of any duties or tariffs in your country and our prices do not reflect any applicable tariffs or duties that you are subject to.
International Shipping – Reducing declared value to reduce customs fees
Many countries impose a duty fee, or tax when their citizens purchase goods for import. We are often asked to reduce the declared value so the buyer may avoid these fees.
We cannot mis-represent the value of shipments in order to reduce customs duties.
We realize your pain as some countries impose a significant import duty. We apologize in advance, but we cannot mis-label the packages as PFTuning will incur significant risk when doing so. We strive to be professional and honest in our business dealings, we hope that you will be too.
